What is this store?
This is Secretlab's Accessories side store, where you can purchase our Secretlab accessories and chair parts. Our main store, where our chairs are available for purchase, is over at secretlab.co.
Accessories are shipped separately from our chairs.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship to all the same countries that we ship our chairs to! That means Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, South-East Asia, the contiguous United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Canada. Do note that import duty or taxes, where applicable, are not included in the pricing. Please note that the estimated shipping duration will be displayed at checkout. Shipping times will vary depending on the chosen shipping option.
All products in our accessories and apparel categories are shipped from our HQ in Singapore and this will usually take a longer time to ship depending on your location. There is also a 1-2 working day processing time.
How do I pay for my order?
You can make payment for your order by Paypal.
Do you have a refund/return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened in their original packaging. If you wish to return an item, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and our support team will provide you with further information.
Can we use secretlab parts for other chairs/purposes?
All our parts in our accessories store are only compatible with Secretlab chairs, any damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Secretlab will void the warranty.
Warranty for chair parts
Secretlab chair parts will be covered under Secretlab’s limited warranty for the following duration:

All replacement chair parts purchased by existing Secretlab Chair customers shall be warranted for the remainder of their original Secretlab Chair Warranty Period, or chair parts Warranty Period, whichever is longer (original Secretlab Chair invoice required to be eligible).
